per hour, minimum 1 hour. Radiators, leaks, drainage, toilets, sinks and taps, cylinders and heating controls.
Prices are for labour. Parts and materials are quoted separately and we tell you before anything is ordered. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Strainers out and cleaned, exchangers checked, actuator and controls tested on both heating and hot water, flow temperature read against what the building is sending.

Questions about price
Is there a call-out charge on top?
No. Heating and plumbing is £150 an hour with a one hour minimum and that is the whole labour charge. For a heat interface unit there is a £140 call-out to diagnose the fault, and the repair is priced after that once we know what it is.
Are parts included?
No. Prices are for labour. Parts and materials are quoted separately and we tell you what they cost before anything is ordered.
Why is HIU replacement labour only?
Because what goes in depends on what the building will accept, and most managing agents have a list. £750 is the labour; the unit and the materials are priced once we know which one it is.
Do you charge more for the far end of the patch?
No. The rate is the same in Romford as it is in Dartford or Epping.
When do I pay?
After the work, once you have seen it working. Nothing starts until you have agreed the price.
