Sinks and taps are one page rather than two because they are one visit: a tap is almost never changed without the waste and the connectors being looked at, and a basin is almost never changed without new taps.A dripping tap is a washer or a ceramic cartridge and which one it is depends on the tap. A tap that will not turn is usually a seized cartridge, and on an older tap the spindle sometimes decides the job for you.Pressure is the other common one. How much is it?
£150 an hour, minimum one hour. A straight tap swap is usually inside it.
One tap has no pressure and the rest are fine.
Usually a blocked aerator on the spout or a restriction in the flexible tail. Both are small jobs.
Can you fit taps I have bought?
Yes. It is worth checking the tails and the hole size before you buy, and we are happy to look at a photo first.

What if the heating or hot water has stopped?
Tell us what has changed and any fault code on the display, and have a look at what the pressure gauge reads. If there is water coming out of the unit, turn the water off at the stopcock and ring us. A photo of the display saves a lot of guessing.
