Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written in plain English rather than legal English, and it describes what the site actually does.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site, we collect the things you type into it: your name, your phone number, your postcode, which service you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message box. If you attach photographs of the job, we collect those too.
Nothing else. We do not ask for your address, your date of birth or any payment details anywhere on this website.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, and for no other purpose. The phone number is so Anthony can ring you back. The postcode is so we can tell you whether you are in the area we cover. The photographs are so we know what to bring.
We do not sell it, share it with other trades, or add you to a marketing list.
Where it goes
The form sends it to our own enquiry system, which Anthony reads. It is not sent to a third party lead-selling service.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, and then for the period we are required to keep business records. If you would rather we deleted your details sooner, ask and we will.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and carries no third-party advertising trackers.
The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps, and Google may set cookies when that map loads, in the same way it would if you visited Google Maps directly. That is Google's processing rather than ours and it is covered by their own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ring or email and we will do it.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, which is the UK regulator for this.
Who we are
