You deal with Anthony
We are Mongan Plumbing and Heating Ltd, based in Brentwood and covering Brentwood, Romford and the streets between them. Most weeks that means heat interface units in flats, central heating, hot water, leaks and plumbing, in homes rather than large commercial sites.
The number on this page is Anthony's mobile. The person you speak to is the person who turns up and does the work, and that does not change once you have booked. We would rather look at a job than guess at it, so we come out, work out what is actually wrong, and tell you what we find before anything is changed.
If a part needs ordering we say so at the time rather than halfway through. Every photograph on this site is our own work.
How we work
- 1You ring or message us
Tell us what the heating is doing, or send a photo on WhatsApp. The postcode and the fault code save us both a trip.
- 2We come out and look
We find out what is actually wrong on site. You get told what we found, not a guess over the phone.
- 3You get the price first
A clear price before anything starts, and no obligation to go ahead. If a part needs ordering we say so there and then.
- 4We do the job
We turn up when we said, get it done, test it with you, and take the old parts and the mess away with us.
On the job
Our own photographs. We do not publish which town a job was in.

Great service. Super friendly & fast.
Anthony came on time He was clean and he had a nice smile which made me very comfortable. Inspected all the radiators and found issues with the valves and explained how they work and what I should do next . I thank him for explaining and how to work the room thermostat.
Anthony was friendly, efficient and polite. He explained everything he was doing and left everything looking tidy. Will keep his company’s details in my contacts to use in future should I have any other plumbing problems.
Anthony was professional, knowledgable and fast. The external vent looks so much better and works. I was impressed by the speed at which he popped round, assessed the job and then completed it. He was also tidy and cleaned up before he left. He is saved in my phone Contacts.
Superb job and very polite. Was very helpful with with any questions I asked
Absolutely fantastic service from Mongan Plumbing and Heating LTD. We had a new set of taps fitted on the sink and the toilet cistern replaced as the old one kept bypassing. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Communication throughout was really good, everything was clearly explained and arranging the work was straightforward. The price was very competitive and punctuality was 10/10 — arrived bang on time as arranged. The quality of the work was outstanding, everything was completed to a really high standard, and there were no issues whatsoever. Everything was also cleaned up afterwards and left exactly as it was upon arrival, which was really appreciated. Couldn’t fault the service at all and would highly recommend Mongan Plumbing and Heating LTD to anyone looking for reliable, professional and reasonably priced plumbing work. Would definitely use them again.
I contacted Anthony from Mongan Plumbing and Heating LTD to fix a leaking waste pipe under the bath and replace my old shower pump. He turned up exactly when he said he would, was friendly and professional throughout. Found and fixed the leak straight away, installed the new pump perfectly, and tested everything to make sure it was all working correctly. Even tidied up afterwards — you’d barely know he’d been here. Great price, great work. Highly recommended to anyone needing a reliable plumber. 10/10!
