How a block gets done
Servicing a run of flats in one visit is cheaper per flat and far less disruptive than a separate appointment each time. It is how most of the blocks we look after end up doing it.

The block or the portfolio, how many units, and whether they are on the same riser. That is all we need to price it.

One visit, done in sequence. You tell residents, or we can work to a schedule you set.

Strainers out and cleaned, exchangers checked, actuator and controls tested on both heating and hot water, flow temperature read against what the building is sending.

What agents ask us
What does it cost per flat?
£130 for a single property. £120 each for up to 5 properties and £100 each for 5 to 10, when they are done in the same visit. More than 10, ring and we will price it.
How many can you do in a day?
It depends on access and on what we find, but a run of flats off the same riser goes a great deal faster than the same number scattered across a borough. Tell us how they are arranged and we will tell you honestly how many days it is.
Do you deal with the residents?
Either way. Some agents give us a schedule and tell residents themselves; others would rather we arranged it. Say which you want.
What do we get at the end?
What we found in each flat, in plain words, with anything worth watching flagged before it turns into a call-out. If a unit needs a part we say so and price it separately rather than doing it on the day.
What if a unit needs more than a service?
We tell you before we touch it. A repair is priced on what is wrong with it, and a replacement is £750 labour with the unit and materials separate.
Which units do you work on?
Danfoss, Ideal, Worcester, Caleffi, V-therm, Evinox, Inta and more. If you tell us what is in the block we will confirm before the day.
